ORDERING INFORMATION

SHIPPING:

Note: we now ship almost all orders by UPS. Please give us both your UPS address and your mailing address for future catalogs.

Almost all orders are shipped same or next day. Backorders generally do not take longer than 2-3 weeks, except for Special Order books, which may take up to 6 weeks. When ordering multiple copies of books, please give us an extra 10 days to order and get them in stock.

PURCHASE ORDERS:

We accept purchase orders from U.S. schools and institutions. Our invoices are sent directly to the Accounts Payable at the Business Office, unless otherwise requested. Packing lists are included in shipment.

We request that the name of the originator of the order be placed on the purchase order, so that we will have a correct name for our catalog mailing list.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - MISSING MERCHANDISE:

We will issue full credit for books damaged in shipment, if they are returned within 30 days.

Any shortages must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt.

CANADIAN ORDERS:

We accept prepaid orders by credit cards. Our web site does not accept Canadian orders, but if you e-mail us, we will instruct you how you can order from our web site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We request that all international orders be prepaid, and include U.S. Shipping x 2.7. Orders may be FAXed for verification before payment is made. We accept money orders or bank checks.

TERMS:

Orders may be pre-paid, charged to Visa or Mastercard or charged to a purchase order number. We do not send any personal charge orders to individuals.

All invoices are net 30 days from our shipping date. All balances past due, are subject to an automatic 1.5% interest charge per month, from due date.

Institutions requesting later billing will be charged 1.5% interest for each 30 day period after first due date and prior to actual billing.

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice. We endeavor to hold the line on prices, but at times we receive price changes from publishers after our catalog has been printed! SORRY!

RETURNS:

Most merchandise is sold on a non-refundable basis. However, reasonable requests for returns will be accepted. RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED! Call 402-362-5654 for a return number. A copy of the invoice or packing list MUST accompany all returns.

A minimum $3.00 restocking &/or rebilling fee will be charged for returns. (10% charge for returns over $50.00)

Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned orders, unless the shipment was our error.

Credit will be issued on an individual’s order for refund amounts under $10.

All returned books must be received by us in SALEABLE condition. They must not be shelf-worn, scratched, scuffed or have stickers in them. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of shipment. It is imperative to check books, VHSs and DVDs in carefully using the packing slip as soon as they arrive.

INDIVIDUALS:

Our catalogs must be sent only by 1st Class Mail to inmates, so we charge $2.00 for postage and a catalog. Any requests for free books or catalogs will not be honored nor answered.

When an inmate orders he/she must send for an estimate first. When the estimate is received back, only then, is the order (with the estimate) sent to us with payment. Also, included must be WRITTEN PROOF from that prison that the order will be accepted at the institution when it arrives there. We also MUST have prisoner #'s. If the prisoner has ordered before, we do not need written proof.

LIBRARIES, CHAPLAINS &/OR EDUCATIONAL UNITS IN PRISONS:

Regular shipping and handling are charged institutions. Free catalogs.
